How It Works
You receive a custom program
Built specifically around the movement patterns you need to work on — not a generic template.
I request specific videos from you
To get started I'll request three things: a walking or running video, a test of your main ranges of motion at key joints, and a current lifestyle movement audit. That's it — from there I have everything I need.
You get direct feedback
Drawn annotations, voice note breakdown, and custom response videos when needed. Specific to your movement — same day.
The program adjusts as you progress
As your movement improves and your body recovers, the program evolves with you. Nothing stays static.
Optional: a fortnightly call is available if you want to talk through anything — not compulsory, just there if you need it.
