To get started I'll request three things: a walking or running video, a test of your main ranges of motion at key joints, and a current lifestyle movement audit. That's it — from there I have everything I need.

Drawn annotations, voice note breakdown, and custom response videos when needed. Specific to your movement — same day.

The program adjusts as you progress

As your movement improves and your body recovers, the program evolves with you. Nothing stays static.

Optional: a fortnightly call is available if you want to talk through anything — not compulsory, just there if you need it.

What movements should I film?
I'll guide you through this — but the focus is always your main movement bottlenecks and priority areas. We target what's actually limiting you, not random exercises.
How quickly do I get feedback?
Same day. Expect feedback within 24 hours of sending your video.
What happens after 4 weeks?
We keep rolling — assuming it's a good fit for both of us and we're both happy with your adherence and progress. This isn't a contract, it's an ongoing working relationship.
